Negotiation of Collective Agreements
While there is no law currently in place or publicly available that outlines provisions for the negotiation of collective agreements, Article 21 of the newly released Labour Organisation Law does specify that labour organisations have the right to ‘participate in solving the collective bargains of workers in accord (sic) with the labour laws’.
